These terms govern the use of the Anke applications and website, operated by Anke LLC. By registering an account or paying for a subscription you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Anke provides an encrypted connection through our network nodes. Access is tied to a 16-digit account number rather than to a person; keep it safe, as losing it means losing access to the paid period.

2. Subscription and payment

The subscription is paid in advance for the chosen term — one, three, six, or twelve months. Prices are shown in your local currency before payment, including any discount for a longer term. Payment is taken by Stripe or YooKassa depending on your billing country; in the mobile apps a subscription may also be bought through the App Store, and then Apple’s terms govern the billing.

A recurring subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and the paid period is kept until it runs out.

3. Refunds

A full refund can be requested within 15 days of a payment — see the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

The service may not be used to break the law, to attack or scan other systems, to send spam, or to distribute malware. We may suspend an account that does.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Nodes may be added, moved, or withdrawn.

6. Devices

One subscription covers up to three devices at a time. The limit is enforced automatically.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always published at this address, with the date of the last change at the top.
