Privacy Policy

Anke LLC (“we”) operates the Anke applications and the website at ankevp.net. This policy explains what we collect and what we deliberately do not.

1. What we collect

• Account number — a randomly generated 16-digit number. It is not linked to a name, email address, or phone number.
• Device identifier — a per-install identifier, used only to enforce the limit on simultaneous devices.
• Connection metadata — timestamps and traffic volume, to run the service and enforce quotas. We do not log traffic contents, the sites you visit, or DNS queries.
• Payment data — handled entirely by our payment providers. We never receive or store card numbers.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or browsing history. Registration requires no personal data at all.

3. How the data is used

The account number and device identifiers are used for authentication and for the device limit. Connection metadata is used to operate the network and to detect abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share data with third parties, except where required by law. Payment providers receive only what is needed to process a payment.

5. Retention and deletion

Account records are kept while the account exists. You can delete the account at any time from the app or the website; deletion removes the account and its device records.

6. Security

All communication with our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or newer. Network nodes run from RAM only: a reboot destroys any temporary data on them.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at support@ankevp.net. Because accounts hold no personal data, we can act only on the account number you provide.
